Cotton Sateen 1. Machine wash at 30°C using only delicate cycle and no spin is always recommended for all satin items. 2. We strongly advise against bleaching embroidered items. However, you can use gentle stain removers. They should be carefully applied drop by drop to the stained areas. 3. Since satin dries very quickly, there is no need to use a machine dryer, as this can damage the fabric even on a delicate cycle. 4. After washing, we recommend rinsing your item in liquid starch or applying dry starch once it has dried. It will make your item crisper and more structured. 5. Satin can be ironed at a temperature of 140–150°C. Use the steaming mode to speed up the process. 6. Dry your items vertically and make sure they are not skewed when hanging on the line, as this may cause them to lose their strictly rectangular shape. 7. Dry cleaning is permitted, but please request that technicians do not use trichloroethylene.
