Delivery
Delivery within Ukraine
Payment and DeliveryOrder delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday. Delivery time: 1-3 business days from the moment of placing an order for items that are in stock. Orders are processed daily from 10:00 to 18:30.
Courier delivery by Nova Poshta is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates. Tracking numbers (TTN) are generated automatically, so please follow the notifications from the courier service.
In certain cases, same-day delivery by taxi within Kyiv is available. For more information, please contact our Instagram page or customer@dyvoshyv.com.
International order delivery
International shipping is carried out by DHL courier service. The delivery cost is calculated separately.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and may range from 2 to 4 weeks. Information regarding shipments and tracking numbers is sent to the email address provided in the order. If you have not received delivery information for your order, please contact our support team and include the order number in your message.
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs service. Please familiarize yourself with the customs clearance rules and the cost of customs duties in your destination country before placing an order. We cannot predict or be held responsible for additional or customs charges.
