The customer can return/exchange a purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that all labels are intact, the packaging is in good condition, and the item has not been used.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS IN PROPER CONDITION

Returns and exchanges of goods in proper condition are possible if:

The item was purchased from the DYVOSHYV online store (for items purchased from partner stores, please contact the partner store’s administrator directly);
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was received;
- Payment confirmation and delivery information are available in the Nova Poshta account;
- A payment document (receipt) is provided;
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags, labels, and no signs of use.

If you wish to return an item in proper condition, please:

- Fill out a return form and send us the completed and signed form along with payment confirmation receipts to our email: customer@dyvoshyv.com;
- Send the item along with the original signed form via Nova Poshta delivery service. Shipping details will be provided by the manager after the customer’s request;
- Inform us of the parcel’s tracking number.

Return shipping costs for items in proper condition are covered by the customer.
